Adam & Ryan - Bodyweightcoach any good?

Has anyone downloaded their e-book? I am thinking about trying a bodyweight routine for a while. Have been using dumbbells for over a year and want to switch things up.

Tried elastic bands for about two months and didn't like them or the results. Felt like my body regressed from the dumbbells. Part of the problem was me not having a good door location in my house to anchor them.

I am 49 years old, 5'10", weigh 165 lbs, and have 5.5% body fat so really only interested in staying lean and not bulking up. I also have a resting heart rate of 55 beats per minute. I ride a recumbent bike for 30 minutes a day and average around 12 to 13 miles.

Any recommendations would be appreciated.
