achillies killing

alright every1 just wondering recently i have started using my tredmill. I run for 30 minutes each time at 5.5 mph. So i am able to last the first 8 minutes than the 9th and 10th minute my achillies start burning up. After i finish those 10 minutes i have to hop off for like a minute to stretch them because idk y they are killing me. After a minute of stretch I hop back on and go for another 10 minutes. Than i have to stop and do the same thing. Finally i suck it up for the last 10 minutes but i dont like having to run like this. I am wearing basketball shoes when I run but when I used to run outside my achillies never hurt even with the bball shoes so idk what it could be
 
when doing a workout, u have to drink water before,during, n after...
expecially cold water...cause cold water can be absorbed faster...
when running, ur body will loss amount of water which will cause ur blood more condensed..there are reaction which yield acid on ur blood..this is why sometimes people gain some pain in certain area during running..expecially in the lower body area..thats all!!!
