Achieving Goals: What do you do to Reward Yourself?

I’ve recently broken through a VERY stubborn plateau, and have begun losing body fat again. I’m so proud of myself, but have still a bit more to go (about 10 lbs). It will take a lot of hard work, discipline and determination, but I’m convinced that I can do it. When I finally reach my goal, I’m going to reward myself by getting a tattoo (one with a lot of personal meaning, based on my own design), something that I’ve wanted for years.

I’m curious – how do you guys treat yourselves when achieving a major landmark that you’ve been struggling towards?

something non food related. A new cd, etc.
stuff like that.

I'm similar to mreik.

I acheive my goal, look in the mirror, take pics, then on to the next goal.

LV - do you have short term goals? like getting to a weight or size?

I should really start setting myself short term goals. Ive only every aimed for the supreme goal of "more of everything".
I spend 8weeks bulking, 8 weeks oly lifting and 6 weeks cutting.
I dont really aim for a number, I just go for it.

I don't set any short term goals, no.

I just put in work until I look in the mirror and am happy with either my fat loss or my lean mass gain, depending on what phase I am in. If I think I need more work, then I just continue on.

MoK,

it must suck not to be able to own handguns or cool rifles like my AR-15 over in the Queen's country.

I understand its pretty rough to even get hunting rifles without a permit?
let alone concealed carry (which is what that second picture is...my XD subcompact 9mm.)

I reward myself with music or some other artsy thing. The bigger the goal the larger the extravagance. (If and/or when I get down to my proper weight, I hope to have Diana Krall sit in my lap and sing "I've Got You Under My Skin" to me.)

once my entire goal is acheived that is a reward in itself. i cant wait to get back to my pre preggo size, until then no rewards, it will only keep me off my track.
