Achieving Fitness Goals with Weight Training.

Hi. I'm new to the forum and am looking for some advice.

Here are my stats:
Female
24 y/o
5'2''
Wt - 121.

I have lost 25 pounds over the last two years. I did it mainly with light exercise and caloric restriction. At this point, I want to shed the last little bit of body fat and build some muscle. I'd like to lose about 5 pounds, but not much more than that because I play co-ed soccer and will get knocked around if I weigh too little. I'm a pescatarian and am open to trying new foods.

I'm just wondering if I can achieve these results with weight training (and not too much cardio) and what weight training exercises I should be doing. Suggestions on diet would be helpful too. I appreciate any help that anyone can give. Thanks!
