Getting your abs to show is about 99% eating/nutrition related.

You could do a thousand crunches a day, but if your diet sucks, you'll never have a 6-pack.
 
Your staements untrue , i have the worst diet ever all i do is eat fastfood and rarely put a fruit in my mouth, but i do a 100 crunches a week and my abs are nice and showing...

But by correct self discipline, correct diet, correct fitness training, and just as important, correct mental application. And, you know what? I am probably twice your age, 46 (maybe more). To get your question more specifcally answered, you need to be more specific about yourself.

Your present fitness condition will have a lot to do with what approach you take on your diet and fitness quest. Your diet with overall fitness training will be the key base for you. I see that you havent posted since the 7th. Lets hope you come back and post and earn the near correct answer to your question.

I for one will do the ultimate best to answer it for you, but for now there isnt enough information about YOU to get the job completed.

Help us, help you by giving us information on your current bodily condition, your height, weight, gender, and age. The fitness equipment you have access to and can work out with. This information alone is a huge step.

I promise however, it will not take 1000 crunches or 1000 situps, or 1000 hanging leg raises in one training session to get your BF low enough to make your abs show. Come back, and between me and some of the other regular members, we can get you on the right track, brotha.

okayy sorry i havent been on i been busy with track season that it just started

but i am 13 turn 14 in march 25

my hight is about 5'3 or 5'4
my weight is 110

i am in ahtletics we work out alot running and weights

soo tell me if i am missing anything
