Abs

I have notice my abs is not even. The left side of the muscle is a little lower then my right side..... is there something seriously going wrong with it.:confused:
 
It's normal for some people because of the activities they do, but it is fixable... By chance are you right-handed? What are some activites/sports that you do?
 
Hi dex.... i am right handed, i play basketball, just started boxing a while ago and sometimes.. rarely i play golf......

It's very common to favor the dominate side of your body... that's why you have some "asymmetry" going (think that's the right word...lol.. brain is fried).... When you box, do you use your right arm a lot? if so, you need to work on the left side the same amount as you do your right... You can get muscle imbalances everywhere in your body... You just need to make sure if you work one side or muscle, you have to work the other side....

But as far as getting your abs "symmetrical", just work both sides at the same time...(aka crunches and other exercises that target the rectus abdominis)...

i do work out evenly... or i think i do.... and when i box.. i usally do pretty even work out.... may be i am not doing the abs exercise right... like crunches or situps.. any advice...
