so has any one tried the abs diet? its been out for a while now... and i was wondering if its really going to help me LOSE fat and GAIN lean muscle. just liek everyone else i want that beac body this summer. i dont feel i have that much way to go, but i do need some changes. i have a battle with bingeeating and im starting to eat in "moderation" but i dont know how well that works with muscle growth? u know? haha can any one give me their input on this? oh im 5' 10 and about 165- 170 lbs.. more on the 170 side right now lol. k THANKS!
