So right now I train my abs on Mon and Thurs, and I would say I train them pretty hard. However, I was thinking about adding in Wednesday which would have me working out my abs Mon, Wed, and Friday. Is this too much? I know abs are like any other muscle and shouldn't be overtrained, but I would go rather light on Wednesday and I'd still be getting 48 hours of rest in between each time I worked them out.
