HI everyone, I am new on this website and have been trying to lose weight all year but frequently get sidelined by injuries or lack of motivation. Due to a serious surgical complication I ended up gaining over 80 pounds. Since then I have lose 45 of them but have plateaued. I know I have reduced calories in the past to lose weight and been successful but this time it is not working at all. I have only lost 5 pounds since September despite working out both aerobically and with strength training. I am not sure if I need to continue to decrease the number of calories or eat more calories. If anyone has any advice, please help.
