About to buy some vitimins and supplements

Here is what I am currently taking

Juice Plus (multi vitimin made from whole food sources)
cla supplment
flax seed oil
soy protein powder (i am allergic to whey and cassein..sucks)
mangenisum
b-complex
l-lysine
vitimin c

These are the basic vitimins and supplements i am taking. My mother inlaw is a health nut so I got most of them from her free... and I understand some of them i prolly get from regular food.. but can i really get too much? What I am considering buying is...

BCAA
san tight (stimulant free fat burner)
multi mineral
wheat grass
grape seed extract
Probiotic
Glucosamine
ZMA...

like I said I realize I might be gettin some of these n reg foods... but more cant hurt cant it(i think only vit a and e you can take too much of) What are your opinions on these? My ultimate goal is to loose weight and gain muscle mass. I am trying to stay away from commercial products such as muscle mass, or no-explode or other similar name brand items. I feel as though just taking basic vitimins should be good. If they is any conflicting vitimins or suplements please let me kno. Or if any are truely useless again please let me know. Thanks again

So are you adding the second list to the first? Looks like a lot to me. Do you get mouth sores? That is the only reason I have heard of for taking l-lysine.

My opinion is you're chucking a load of placebo's down your throat. Eat a proper diet and most of that stuff on your list becomes worthless, it's not a case of 'more is better' with vitamins, you get to a point where they don't do anything or could even be harmfull.
I'd keep the protein powder and the flax seed oil and that's it. Although there are some on here who'll swear by a multi vitamin I think they're seriously over valued

If you eat a proper nutritious diet there is no need to buy any supplements, instead of purchasing them use the money to purchase beter foods ..

I don't swear by them but a good multi never hurts. Its not impossible but it is hard to get everything you need from your diet.
