About HIIT

Hi everybody...

here s the issue.. Yesterday I didn t have the chance to go out for a run...really bad weather over here...so I thought that I could do my HIIT training with a rope, in this way:

25 min tot
5 min warm up
1 min solw jump or walkin around
1 min high intensity jump

same till the end...

do reckon it is a good idea? Is it possible to do hiit jumpin a rope?

any advices s good...

it probably shouldnt be the main focus of your routine but as an extra or alternative its good. watch out for calf pulls though, i love skipping but know that too much will rip my calves to shreds.
 
i think tht is a really good form of HIIT as skipping gives u a really good full body workout i wud do that skipping HIIT every week or 2 if i were you.
