Hey there, im 19, ive been training since i was 16 to become a boxer, ive never weight lifted in my life, just the useaul warm ups and lower higher body training, i have recently noticed that my abdominal muscles on my left side of my body are bigger than the ones on my right side, im not sure why this is, and i cant think if it is me over training, all im wondering is will they return normal, or am i just being paranoid about things. if anyone has any suggestion please let me know
