can anyone tell me if the ab king pro is worth buying.

I like the look of it as it supports back and neck and due to back and neck problems and i struggle to do normal crutches because of this.
I'm reasonable fit,5ft 6 ,60 kilos,so not prety average weight and fittness wise and i think it might help me.
 
I'm quite sure there are other ways to reasonably spend your money, but judging from previous experiences with TV SHOP (not mine, but stupid friends) its all crap!!
