hey, has anyone ever heard of the cream known as ab-fx?

I have always been told that creams dont do anything, but a few sources have informed me that this particular one really helps you get ripped abs?
can anyone confirm this with me? or share there knowledge on it? thanks

Sorry but that sounds rediculous. I have never heard of anyone using such a thing with any results. Images of that abs/electrolysis thing pop in my head when I see crap like that.

Now, keep in mind...I've never heard any reports of this product >>so it may work. But I give it an an extremely slim chance. Don't waste your money.
Do you really want to do it the easy way, or earn it and be healthy ?:cool:
 
if you look closely at that webpage, they basically say that you need to exercise and count your calories carefully. and if you do those 2 things properly, you wont need anything else to get you those abs that you desire
 
Dont waste you money, hard work, patience, and a good diet coupled with the correct caloric limitations, will bring you to your goals. there are no magic pills or creams: the magic is in YOU.
 
Yea. Personally I am addicted to the placebo effect. ;) ;) :D
