I think it looks really good. Pretty much how i eat each day but I eat more raw veges in my salads, more of a variety of raw vege snacks too with my dips. I also try to add a little bit of brown rice for fibre and to keep bowels working well. I add avocado and a few nuts each day for good fats.

I drink herbal teas and water all day long. I like your plan. Good luck.

The only issue I see is that you should eat more protein and complex carbs (more whole grains). Other than that, it seems pretty sound. You eat several small meals which helps your metabolism. Maybe adding one more serving of protein, a few more servings of whole grains like brown rice or oats, and being more generous with the raw fruits and veggies would be good. Also, make sure you get enough calcium! Women really need that to prevent osteoporosis down the line. Also, most people should never eat less than 1200 calories per day. That's just an average, but below that most people hit "starvation mode" which can slow your metabolism - it's the body's natural defense to keep you from losing muscle.
