My BMI hovers around 18, so the last thing in the world I need to do is lose weight. I just wanted to post a suggestion to those trying to cut down on their eating. I eat a lot of steel cut oats, and it's amazing to me how it fills you up and stays with you. After eating a bowl of steel cut oats you will feel full for hours. I occasionally eat a little too much, and when I do I don't even like to think about food for several hours. Good luck to every one...
