Hi, I am a sixteen year old boy in high school. I weigh 182 pounds. For breakfast I have a homemade muffin. For lunch I have a 6 inch sandwich with lettuce, tomatos, olives, onions, ham, turkey, and American and Swiss chess. For dinner I have Chicken and Vegetables. For a few years now, I've been trying to shave off at least 20 pounds. Everytime I weigh myself though, I'm 182. I can't seem to go down at all. I would like to ask for tips for weight loss please.(Also, I forgot to add I don't exercise much)
