A site for figuring calories burned (EASY)

This site is based on your weight you put in.I wanted to check
and see how true it is about calories burned for Jump Roping.

Well, I tried 2 of their calculators. The "ideal weight" calculator said I should weigh 165 lbs. Currently, I have 170 lbs. of lean body mass. I guess that would entail getting down to 0% body fat, and then losing 5 more pounds of lean mass on top of that. :)

The target heart rate estimator said I should be exercising at between 113 to 137 beats per minute at a "superior fitness" level. I warm up at 135 beats, and generally go to 160 beats during interval/HIIT training.

I did find the calories burned calculator to be much closer to the mark, though. If I didn't have an HR monitor and had no other way of estimating calories, this might be a good site to use, just for that.

According to your height of 6' 2" your ideal healthy weight is 174 pounds. Your recommended weight range is between 155 and 194 pounds.
I weigh 169lbs... Go figure.

I've been peaking at 180-186bmp doing HIIT, feels pretty good, quite proud of myself there :) But this says 141 - 171.
