Hey all, just thought I would share my 3 minute abdominal workout with everyone, it is fairly hard and it is what I use to do when I trained in kickboxing and MMA. I did it for longer than 3 minutes and of course you can change it around to make it last longer or make it shorter depending on how long you make the seconds for each exersize.
