A really personal issue

Ok ya'll.......now that you know me a little bit here, I want to go into a deeper subject about this weight issue. Point blank, is "am I the only one here that's weight is affecting their um, sexual life?" Maybe it's just me and my paranoia/insecurity, but since I've gotten bigger, no way do I feel good about my body and how it looks. Once I loose, will my self-image be better where I am no longer ashamed? Who knows, maybe I'm in this alone, but I just thought I'd go out on a limb and ask.

No Your Not In It Alone And I Have Fealt The Same But I Believe Once We Lose This Weight And Start Feeling Secure And Good About Our Own Self We Will Get That Hot Momma And Sexy Feeling Back And We Will Be Ok! Because It Is All About How We Feel About Ourself If We Feel Sexy It Comes Out!!!!!!! Hope This Helped And I Made Sense!!

I can personally say, having lost 25lbs, THERE IS A DIFFERENCE. Self-confidence is a much deeper issue than how we look for some people, but I think for a lot of us here, once we see how people react to us differently, with more respect (and for significant others, with some actual lust in their eyes) it doesn't take long to start feeling wanted again!

At the current going rate I think I'm going to have to peel my fiance off the ceiling when I get to my goal weight ;)

Beachcomer,

I don't know if it'll make you feel any better, but I"m a guy going through that right now. Maybe it's different because I dont' have anybody, but I don't even want to approach women in this condition. Yeah, we can all say that it shouldn't matter, but it does.

On a side note, I'm a bit scared about being in great shape. I have been before, and the hormones were just through the roof. I'm not sure if I"m ready to deal with that again :) I mean, that may lead to extreme behavior, like leaving the house and getting a girlfriend. Icky.
