A quick question..

I was just wondering if this was me only, or does everyone feel this pain when working out. Whenever I do crunches, the bottom of the my throat begins to hurt, and usually forces me to stop. I was just curious, is this a normal pain?
 
Are you pushing your chin into your neck by any chance?
 
i sometimes get a pain in my throat. It seems more like my internal trachea is straining with the effort, ratehr than the external muscles etc.

Its not so bad it forces me to stop, if I relax and breathe deep it goes after a while.
