Sport A quick look at my fitday please :)

Sport Fitness
Ok, so I'm back from europe and ready to start eating well again. Here is what my day typically looks like:

I gave you Nov. 5 cause that's how I am trying to eat when I try to lose weight. Now my stats from below are a bit off since I've gained in the last couple months due to moving and vacation :( Here are my present stats:

5'6''
145 pounds
BF % - Don't want to know!

Right now I'm not part of a gym but I'm going to start lifting weights again at some point. So basically my only activities right now are hiking (almost every day, about an hour) and doing HIIT (as well as I can) twice a week.

Usually I'm really active with horseback riding, waitressing and working out at the gym but my life is in limbo right now: just moved, looking for a job, etc.

So what do you think about what i'm taking in for my not too active lifestyle? How about when I am active (waitressing full-time, horseback riding 5x a week, working out with weights, etc)? When I was active this is basically the same thing I ate maybe with 100 more calories.

I would bring the fat intake down and the carb intake up. You're at about 35% fat but only 25% carbs. I would also increase calories to around 1900-2100.

I would decrease the fat intake, like Tony said, and your calories are a bit low. Calculating you at moderately active (using Harris Benedict), your BMR would be around 2300, so subtracting for weight loss would put you at around 1800-1840 kcals a day.

What if I have equal protein/fat/carbs (33%/33%/33%)? Is that a bad idea or do you think that I should be taking in more carbs than fats? Lately I've been trying to keep it equal since it's easier that way but I'm not sure if that's a good way to try to loose fat...

I would keep carbs around 35 to 40. I dont think it is completely necessary to reduce carbs to lose. Exception would be if your diet has been good and you are not making progress.
