Every piece of food I eat I do research on, to see the nutrients. Now for some food half of it is thrown away, like a large prawn where only the tail is eaten. I can't see on these websites, but do they only include the tail weight or the weight of the prawn? Say 100g of prawns is 115 calories, but if they include the head of the prawn then it's more like 40g of prawn tails for 115 calories.
