A Question--please Answer

hello when i go to the gym i do both running and weightlifting
my question is which i should do first,,,im a lazy person so i dont like going to gym one day doing just weights,,and another day running,,,so i do it on the same nite

so far i have been doing weights first,,,drink protein drink,,,then run on the tredmill

is this good? or should i run first?

IMO, lifting first then cardio

i do them on different days myself
 
Definately weights first! If you done your cardio first then you wouldn't be able to lift as much as you would if your muscles were fresh!
