hi everyone. im a new member here but i have been here a couple times as a guest and i really like it. lately i have been jumproping to lose fat on my stomach and legs. i read about someone who lost about 27 pounds by doing 3,000 jumpropes a day everyday for a month. i have a question about the way im jumproping. is jumproping effective for losing fat only if you are jumprping with two feet together? or can it be like one foot jumps over the rope and then my other foot touches the floor on the back without jumping over the rope and repeating it that way? sort of like walking while doing the jumprope.. or you can think of it as one jump has two beats and each foot gets a beat? i dont kno how to explain it.. but i really need to know if im doing this right.. so please help would be greatly appreciated.
