A program for Treadmill

Hi

I am 33yrs 95kilos 178cm. I have a lot of time to exercise (year).

Can anybody help me build a program with the treadmill?
How many times a week? What Time/Distance/Elevation?
I plan to use the treadmill 3 times a week and the other 3 days
do other workouts.

what you need to do. is get on the treadmill for 20-30 mins and see how much you can do. you build speed and distance as you get better.
