Hey guys. Long time reader, first time poster
Now, I have a problem when it comes to walking/running. I've never been the fittest of people, but am now trying to shed a few pounds and reach some kind of fitness, but for the past 6 months or so, whenever I walk for long periods at a decent pace (not quite power-walking) or sometimes even run for short periods, my shins go sore. But as soon as I sit down for about 10 minutes and get up, they are ok again. I have no idea as to how to solve this problem, I'm not that privy to treatment techniques due to my limited fitness background. So i was hoping someone here could help me
