Hi, everyone!
I'm very excited to have found this forum! I'm 30, from West Virginia (hi, Lynn!), and I've just started the Slimfast diet and Kathy Smith's Project:You. I have been significantly overweight for years, and I have 90 pounds to lose. I'd love to be able to accomplish that goal by the time 2006 rolls around.
Anyway, enough about me...
I'm looking forward to making new friends on the forum and sharing motivation and encouragement along this weightloss journey.
