Hello, i am the illusion of permanence. I am a new member, clearly. I have a question about working out. I currently have a good plan going, that i like which involves full body workouts, pure calisthenics 3 days a week. I love the endurance strength that body weight workouts gives me, it however does not seem to give me the strength i need (for punching), only endurance. How does one incorporate weight training into the regiment i already have. Would i stop my current regiment and do weights for a little while then switch back? for some people maybe a full body calisthenic and weights in the same day is reasonable, ill have you know, it is not for me
In short, i want to add weight training without sacrificing the benefits of my body weight excercises, at the same time trying to keep working out to 3 days a week, i usually keep my workouts between 1 hour and 1 1/2.
