New Diet. Keep updated.

WeekDay Diet


Morning Food/Workout:

- 2 Cups of Water. And an Apple or some sort of Fruit.
- 10 minutes on elliptical machine. 25-50 Sit-Ups.


Afternoon Snack/Workout:

- 2 Cups of Water. Balogan Sanwich, or Balogna and Crackers. 1 Cup of Water.
- 10 minutes on elliptical machine.

Evening Food/Workout:

- Very Small Salad, Little Ranch Dressing. 1 Cup of Water
- 30 Minutes on Treadmil and 15 minutes on Excercise Bike.
- 1 Cup of Water

Night Food/Workout:

- 2 Eggs or Very Small Salad, Little Ranch Dressing.
- 25 Sit-Ups and 10 minutes on elliptical machine.

looks good! that is a lot of exercise - you might have to up your calories a little bit? if you're going to be working out that much, have you thougth about adding a little more protein? like some chicken!
