I'm 22 and currently a size 16 and I hate the way that I look.
I decided for my New Years Resolutions (ha) I would try and lose the weight I have put on in the last 18 months. In Summer 2014 I lost 3 stone and loved how I looked, but a few months after reaching my goal decided to stop smoking which made me put it all (and 2 stone MORE) back on. I've finally kicked myself in the butt and joined a local gym and have been eating well and exercising.
I started at 204lbs on January 2nd and have gone down to 192lbs so far so I'm pretty proud of myself! I'm walking everyday and have a FitBit so making sure I am doing my 10,000 steps every day attending a Clubbercise class (which is amazingly fun) and two Aqua aerobics classes a week. For now, my motivation is really good but I'd like some more or any tips and tricks people have had. I've noticed it's mostly coming from my tummy as it is but I also have quite thick legs so hoping it starts to come off all over soon!
I use MyFitnessPal to track my calories everyday and am always lower than my 1300cals a day goal. Please can people give me ideas of what worked for them? I'd love some more inspiration! xxxx
