im a very lucky individual to have an occupation that allows me to make a decent living only working from only 1:30-7:00pm 5 days a week. i want to optimize my weight loss without overdoing it. here is my plan of attack.

wake up when my body says so... typically 7-830ish

light cardio work on the bike for 20-30 mins 65-75%hrm

small breakfast (this morning i had 3 eggs and 2 sausage links)
multivitamin, flax seed oil caplet

take care of a little clean up around the house/minor chores maybe play a little xbox for about 30-45mins

strength training about 30 mins (3 day split 1 day rest repeat)

small snack (usually some baby carrots, maybe some tuna, or some pan fried tillapia)

rest watch a little tv for about 30-45 mins

Back to cardio for about 30-40 mins

eat again usually tuna again, sometimes a hamburger patty, try to keep it protein based

go to work... im a collector for the usps so i drive a bit make 10 stops and load parcels at each stop. during work i eat a little bit lightly salted peanuts

come home relax eat dinner, sleep and start over again

im eating small amounts multiple times a day... i'll takea complete rest day every two-three days.. or when i feel i need it.

so... is this feasable?

You're eating too small of amounts during the day. Whats your weight?

currently 304 lbs unknown percentage of bodyfat buts pretty high... soem of it is muscle tho :)

today i had a chicken breast a baked potato before my workout... some baby carrots then before work i had a can of tuna. and some more baby carrots

at work im eating peanuts while on my driving route in between stops... havent really kept track too much... but its not too much usually like 6 at a time to curb hunger
