once a week i run an 11 mile run...i have been doing this for about two monnths. On the other days of the week i am running between 3 and 6 miles. what should i be eatting on my long run days. i usually eat breakfast after the long run and eat my normal meals.. i assume it is normal to feel more hungry throughout the day? what suggestions do you have toward the recovery after a long run like that.
