A little help please :)

Hi there. I have been thinking of writing a fitness report for beginners for a while. I guess that is one of the reasons I've been looking around forums.

Well this forum certainly caught my eye. I mean not only is it ranked first on Google (COOL), but I've come across a good amount of interesting information here in my "less than one day" as a member.

Now then. I was just hoping if there could be anyone over here willing to share some ideas for me to write about. I have a few which I will keep to myself. Only for now.

The title I've thought of is "5 Major Fitness Don'ts"

I'm certainly not restricting myself to this title or the number of don'ts. I just set the title as such for me to have something to refer too.
