Anyway, jokes apart. Motivation is the most important aspect when it comes to weight loss. Even a slight drift away from your path can lead to catastrophic disasters for your weight loss journey. There's a lot of
literature online that talks about ways to keep yourself motivated. I'd recommend keeping them stored on your desktop/mobile devices so that you keep accessing them very often.
