A little blocked

Hello everyone.

I'm new to this thread and wanted some guidance on my weight loss journey. Before I begin I wanted to give a little background info. Im a freshman in college and I bet all of you have heard of the freshman fifteen. Well its true for some. Coming to college I realized my body wasn't where I wanted it to be. Starting off the school year I weighed about 152 lbs and recently ( about end of November beginning of December) have started to change my lifestyle. I checked the scale earlier today and I weighed 144 lbs. My desire weight is about 135-140 essentially I want to lose my love handles. Don't get me wrong I'm noticing progress its just I feel as if something is missing??

My week usually consists of
Monday, Wednesday, Friday lifting weights and taking whey isolate to help build lean muscle

Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday consist of my cardio ranging from 3 mi run, 12 mi bike rides, or 40 minutes on an elliptical machine (I mix it up )

And then on Sunday I rest and treat myself to a cheat meal all while trying to maintain a caloric deficit

And all throughout the week I take a multivitamin I count my calories ( I wear a fitbit so I can get an approximation of the calories I burn) eating at a minimum 2000-2100 per day while burning 2600-3000 per day.

My diet consists of
Break fast:
-eggs
-plain oatmeal

Lunch
-some type of lean protein chicken/fish/pork loin
-steamed vegetables/ a salad

Dinner
-another form of lean protein
-sometimes pb&j
-some fruit and tea

A few things I have been leaning towards my hunch of a road block are
-I only sleep about 6-7 hours per night
-I don't think I drink enough water
-most of the weight was water weight

I would really appreciate input.

I have seen the scale go down but my love handles stay about the same and I want to know if I am just being impatient or if I'm on the right track.

Thanks!!!
