im 16 years old and i have been weight lifting for 2 months now, i have seen fantastic gains within that time, especially in my arms, but.... for some reason i just seem not to be gainig any weight im always in the region of 130-131 pounds. is this because i am shredding fat as well as gaining muscle? and could someone please tell me if i should "bulk up" then cut down or whats the best way to gain weight?
