Weight-Loss A Juicer....should I buy one?

Weight-Loss
I never really eat that many fruits or vegetables. I only eat strawberries, bananas, and maybe some apples. If I bought a good juicer (maybe around $100), I'd be able to juice lots of fruits, and maybe some vegetables that I normally would not eat.

I normally usually get enought fiber and protein for the day, so not getting fiber from the fruit doesn't really bother me.

I saw the "I HATE vegetables" thread, but most of those I'm not interested in. I'll only eat lettuce, corn, and maybe onions. With a juicer I could juice celery and carrots. With a juicer, I'd eat more fruits/vegetables that I usually would not.

Do you think that it's a good and beneficial idea to buy a juicer?

Id recommend smoothies over juicing so that you can get all the goods. Here is one of my most popular shakes that gets all the goods in and I swear it tastes amazing.

Where’s the Greens?

1 scoop of vanilla or choc protein powder
1 cup of greens and broccoli
1 cup of raspberries/strawberry
1/3 cup of Skim milk
2 tbsp of sugar free choc syrup
1/8 cup splenda

1-Put in Skim Milk First in Blender
2-Put Thawed greens and broccoli. Make sure they are not completely frozen and drained of most liquid.
3-now add the protein powder and the syrup
4-now add the splenda
5-Add fruit (can add it one by one or in small bunches if blender isn’t very strong)

Pour and Enjoy!

Is that 1 cup of broccoli and 1 cup of greens, or 1 cup total?

Anyways, I do have a blender, that is kind of old, and when I use it to do ice, there is still some ice chunks. How do you think it would work?

So what do you think?

I think taking the time to train yourself to eat more fruits & vegetables is a much better solution in the long term.
You will reap the rewards for the rest of your life!
