where to start...

i'm 5'2" my highest weight was 215 lbs. The only reason i lost weight happened about three years ago when i fractured my ankle jumping off a ledge a couple of feet high. When i was at the doctor he said my weight was too much for my frame and was surprised that was the first time i had fractured anything. His reaction made me worry or wonder about my health.

It woke me up and i changed my diet a bit (ate healthier) and started being more active like cleaning, washing the car, walking to stores more often. a year later i was down to 165.

i then just tried to maintain it and have for about a couple of years. i was pretty compfortable at this weight but i gained 5 lbs this summer and ugh it sucks. i'm afraid too gain it all back. I'm not compfortable at this weight anymore.

my goal is to get down to 150(or less :D ) by spring.

i think 150 is pretty realistic for that time frame

i am going to...

- cut out bad carbs
- gradually cut out pork/beef
- cut out soda
- take the stairs more often
- go to the gym at school :p

just a few things that will make a difference...

i know i can do it. I did it before. ahhh! just need to do IT

uhh how'd i post it twice

EDIT lol i figured out how to delete the other post. silly me.

howdy hobo.... It looks good, thats basically what I did and its working so fare. well, except for the pork the carnivore in my tummy just wont allow it lol. But seriously meat normally has quite a few calories so if your not taking a bunch in beef and pork it will prob give you more of a leeway to wards veggie calories.
