A breakfast is important for health.but still many of us forget that when the alarm rings and we simply skip it for the sake of reaching office on time. A nutritious diet, regular work out and proper hygiene is very crucial in order to get healthy lifestyle.



Skipping meals does not make you slim

Do not cut fat totally from your diet

Freshen up life with fresh veggies and fruits


A healthy diet makes healthy mind and body.:iagree:
 
fresh fruit - i.e. - an apple, orange, banana and a quick protein shake - anyone has enough time in the morning to grab these on the run out the door.


Starving your brain at the beginning of the day due to not eating - puts you behind the 8 ball right away.
