A great way to stay motivated

Hi !!!
This may help me and my sister are both over weight peple and we have Joined TOPS (take off pounds sensibly ) and we do our weight loss through srapbooking each we we make a introduction page usually a theme page and then we write a story for that wee on what we accomplished and things that went on and then another page we do our measurements and our weight and if we won weekely best losser ad that to th page as well
it keeps us modivated because we cant wait to come up with new themes for the week i started out at 284 and i am no w down to 255.6 yes I know still pretty good size
I am like alot of you i got to point where I had to make a change for me

I love your scrapbooking idea... that's great idea to really keep you motivated.. and your hands busy..

I love tops my goal is to be the next divison winner hmmm queen would be good so far i have two monthy best looser trophys i love scrap booking anf its exciteing comming up with a theme for the week
 
We have a TOPS group in our town (the only weight loss group) I've never gone...my mom went for most of my life, and I know a few other people. The only time I ever heard them talk about it was on weigh-in day, when they wouldn't eat anything all day, so as to look like they lost something.:rolleyes: Not how I want to do things. I would like to weigh myself somewhere besides my home though, maybe I'll join in September just to see what it's like.

tops is just a support place we meet on thursdays
we weigh in and we have something going at all times to motivate eat other to loose weight
 
Sounds like a great support system! Keep up the great work - that egg is moving closer and closer to that flamingo :D
