A Full-Family Workout

The whole family is joining me in my new workout plan. This is a picture of my son doing some lying leg curls. I told him he should be doing compound exercises since he's a newbie, but he just doesn't seem to listen.
 
Lol, he has chunky thighs though, he must be doing something right :)

You wait 'till he starts squatting, those little guys put us to shame when it comes to going ATG! ;)

Lol, I have a girl so I'm trying to become so big that by the time she wants to start dating I can scare any boys away ;)
 
I always have to brag that my 3 year old son can do a couple pull ups, I tell him he's strong and he says "I AM!!"

Both my kids (my daughter is about to turn 2) literally have visible abs. That's what you get when your health nut dad buys the groceries
 
I went to Sports Authority last night and I had my 2 year old daughter with. She knows she is not supposed to touch anything, so of course she spends most of her time trying to pick things up when I look away.

She decided to grab a 10 lb plate off the stand. It was on a horizontal bar about 12 inches from the floor. She pulled it off and it hit her in the leg. As I turned around she said owe and rubbed her shin. At that point she knew she was caught and quickly tried to pick it back up to put it back. I watched in amusement as she tried to pick up that 10 lbs plate. She was grunting and everything.
 
I taught my son to do DB snatches. I also let him carry around water/milk jugs and whey tubs. He'll be 2 next month.
