A few question.

My name is Kayla and I am 21 years old. I have been battling with my weight since my son was born 15 months ago, I hardly have any time to do anything I work 9 hours a day and for to school 4 hours a night. I was wondering if any one had any tips or tricks to help me lose around 10 to 15 pounds. Thanks :)
 
Start making small changes that you can continue doing. That was working well for me. I stopped drining pop and started drinking more water. Then I limitted fast food and now we make all our meals at home (more often then not). Try to add small bouts of exercise into your day. Take the stairs instead of the elevator, park further away from your destination and walk - all the little things add up to big results if you are consistant.
