A Different Version of the One-Arm Dumbbell Row?

I'm revising my home-workout regimen, and want include the One-Arm Dumbbell Row,
using my weight bench and dumbbells...

However, resting either knee on the weight bench isn't an option,
what with very susceptible arthritic knees--is there another way to
perform the OADBR without resting the knees on the bench?

(a link to a video of any recommended routine would be great, also).

You can do the dumbbell row while standing, either by resting one hand on the bench and leaning into it or by doing a two-hand row while standing in a semi-squat and simply bend forward at the hips. Just as long as you keep your back straight while doing either.
