A 17 Year Old On The Verge of Obesity

Okay, Okay. Maybe not obesity, but I've gained WAY TOO MUCH weight over the past year.
-I'm now 5' 9 1/2" and weigh 180 lbs.
-I'm a 17 year old male who used to be participated in sports, but now I'm avoiding them because of the varsity coach.
-I used to way 150-155lb at a regular weight while playing basketball last year but due to numerous reasons, I've packed on the pounds.

My diet consists of:
6:00 Breakfast: Cereal (Frosted Mini-Wheats/Corn Pops), 1 10 oz. Cup Odwalla Juice (Monster B, Mango Tango)
Noon Snack: Chips/Fruit Snacks/Sometimes Candy
3:30 Lunch: Turkey Sandwich w/ Mustard (Buddig Meat, Home Pride Wheat)
8:30 Dinner: To be Honest, There's a lot of fast food involved In My Dinners (Anything from McDonald's To Taco Bell To Quizno's)
10:00 Snack: Sometimes Ice Cream (I DON'T BUY IT)

Obviously I am aware my diet is very poor (to say the least). I just want to be totally honest, and now looking at my diet..it's pretty obvious why I have gained this kind of weight.

I Need To Fix A Lot Of Things. Period.

Some Goals I've Set For Myself:
  1. Get A Much Better 6-7 Meal Diet
  2. Develop A Full Body Workout (I have no access to a Gym, But I can Drive to Any Track and Have some weights at Home)

I'm very confused on how to put protein into each one of 6 to 7 meals in a day without overeating. I only have a few ideas on what to eat with protein.
What amount of calories/protein/carbs should be in each diet?

How often should I run/How Long? How many crunches should I do and how often? Are Push-Ups Enough? Should I Drink Juices or get My Vitamins by taking a One-A-Day Multi-Vitamin?

Some Ideas for Meals Are Small Healthy Choice Frozen Dinners? I am aware that fresh fruits and fresh meats would be the superior route, but that's very expensive and time-consuming.

This is probably an overwhelming amount of questions, but whatever and however anyone can help...I'd be eternally grateful. I'm truly a good person who feels really bad about themselves at this point. :( And I'm really trying to get back on the right track, and this time FOR GOOD. (Very cliche, but I hope I can be the exception)

I know re-joining school sports is a very smart choice but It's really not going to happen.

Noon Snack: Chips/Fruit Snacks/Sometimes Candy Ok you know whats wrong here, fruit, veggies, if you are in school (like me) I have a protein shake and a apple here
3:30 Lunch: Turkey Sandwich w/ Mustard (Buddig Meat, Home Pride Wheat) You should try to cut out bread, get some chicken breast here, fish, veggies, fruit.
8:30 Dinner: To be Honest, There's a lot of fast food involved In My Dinners (Anything from McDonald's To Taco Bell To Quizno's) Ouch, same as 3:30 meal here
10:00 Snack: Sometimes Ice Cream (I DON'T BUY IT) Dont eat it, once a week is fine (in moderation)

What amount of calories/protein/carbs should be in each diet? Chicken, fish, turkey, beans, eggs, other lean meats (always cut the fat off before cooking)

How often should I run/How Long? How many crunches should I do and how often? Are Push-Ups Enough? Should I Drink Juices or get My Vitamins by taking a One-A-Day Multi-Vitamin? If you eat correctly you will get those from food, but multi's are great, drink water. Read the HIIT sticky. You cant go to the gym? You are going to have to find a list of compound excercises you can complete witrh what you have, just pushups and crunches are no where near enough.
Some Ideas for Meals Are Small Healthy Choice Frozen Dinners? I am aware that fresh fruits and fresh meats would be the superior route, but that's very expensive and time-consuming. Healthy choice dinners are not - so - healthy, Chicken breast is cheap man, buy a lot, boil it all and put it in a container and pop it in the microwave when you need one.

Thanks a lot Mayhem, Will take a lot of that advice into serious consideration. If you could tell me what kind of beans are really good?
Cutting out the bread is a really good idea.

Thanks again.

Lately, my pressure cooker has been my best mealtime friend. Like Mayhem says, I bought up about 10 pounds of chicken breast when it was on sale. Threw it in the pressure cooker, some fresh basil, an onion, a clove of garlic, yada yada....about 15 minutes later I had 10 meals of chicken breast for the freezer. The pressure cooker is also great for beans (the dry ones you get in the bags, most canned beans are pretty nasty), and it does a fine job with long grain brown rice (only about 12 minutes to cook).

Def cut out ALL fast food as rapidly as you can.

Actually I think the opposite. I am amazed at what people will pay for frozen "breaded" chicken cutlets and nuggets. Nice "processed" meat. Ugh. Fresh chicken breast can usually be had for $1.99 a pound. Maybe your store has already cooked chickens available in a "ready to take home and eat" section, we do up here. Just don't eat the skin, a ton of fat.

Good luck, it's great you're taking action!

I usually kidney beans, lima beans, and pinto beans and mix them. As long as you buy the bags you should be fine. Don't get cans, too much added stuff.

Update!

QUICK UPDATE:

I've totally revamped my diet, and I'm liking the not being too hungry, only at night.

At 7:00 AM I Eat 2 servings of Rolled Oats with a little salt. (No sugar/splenda)

At 9:00 AM I Eat Carrots and A Little Fiber One Cereal

At 12:00PM I'm planning to have something protein heavy, but I haven't been able to find a low-sugar solution. If anyone can help here, it'd be much appreciated, I'm at school, so Chicken isn't really an option, seeing as that it's warm here.

At 3:30 PM I Eat A Little Chicken and A Couple Egg Whites

At 5:00 PM I Eat Some Variety Of Beans (Bagged), and Various Veggies

At 6:30 PM I Have More Chicken, Veggies (Maybe some pasta occasionally)

And following dinner, I have a multi-vi.

I'd love for opinions and where I'd be able to improve. It's not perfect, but MAN is it better.

That's a much better diet but personally I'd want to add some protein in the morning.
