A 14 year old male needing help getting fit.

Okay, I'm pretty much going to explain how I went down the road with my body...

So when I was young I use to run all around with my friends and ride bikes ALL DAY LONG! And unlike most young men my age I did theatre (Yes, I had to put on makeup). I've been doing this one Threatre group for a super long time, I even have rehearsals tonight. Anyway, I was well fit for my age, you could see a 4 pack coming in at age 10. Well, the year I turned 11 my parents decided to move from California to Missouri (My current living place). Well, I didn't really do anything before I moved except run around with my friends and do theatre. Sure I watched about an hour worth of TV but then I went back to running around.
Well, when we moved it really effected me a lot, I felt like I lost everything. So story short, I discovered "The Internet", and my sister made me an account on a messenger to talk with my friends. So every morning I woke up, did home school. And got on the computer, everyday for 2 years. Well, about 2 months into my moving to Missouri, I found an online game I got interested in, I asked my mom if I could get an account and then I loved it so much i got the member account. So now I had even MORE to do online! Anyway, then I did the theatre group I did in California, but it was here in Missouri, and I've been doing it ever since. Anyway, I didn't have friends to hang out with, so I just did homework then gaming. Never went outside. I'm SUPER white now.

Anyway, this theatre group doesn't have a WHOLE lot of fitness, so it's not really a workout for me, but I've noticed that I've gained a lot of weight by sitting on my butt all day gaming, and I'm very ashamed of that. I use to run SUPER fast, but now it's hard for me to run for too long. And I've slowed down, and my throat starts hurting, I think I'm not breathing right or something.

Anyway, I'm a 14 year old male that seriously hasn't gone through puberty yet (I'm a late bloomer, runs in the family). I use to way 80 pounds but now I'm 94.4 pounds and you can see fat sort of hanging there, no muscle. I lost the 4 pack. I'm starting to get man boobs (So embarrassing). And I'm 5.4.
I'm pretty weak, I have sticks for arms. it's really annoying.
Oh yes, and there is ONE MORE THING! My whole family has kinda all been born with a big butt, and it's really embarrassing for me considering I'm a guy, and I won't even lay on my stomach in public because my butt sticks up so much. my sister all tease me saying "You have the family ghetto booty", oh my gosh, I hate that! Any way, I REALLY if anything want to lose my huge butt , if there is anyway to decrease the size, that would be AWESOME! Because I'm really paranoid about it. I know, it's kinda stupid.
I'm really wanting to get fit again. I got a bike on my birthday a few days ago, I thought that my help.

Anyway, I would really appreciate it if someone could wright down a daily workout schedule for me. Here is all the information I really need.

When to wake up to workout in the morning:
What to eat for all times of the day:
What to do to lose my fat and gain muscle:
How long to workout:
And how much i need to weigh for my age:

And here is my whole week schedule...
Sunday: Church at 10 Am. No school work. Free the rest of the day unless I'm doing a show, but the show would only be at 7 PM.
Monday: Wake up at 9 AM and do school work for 4-5 hours. Free the rest of the day unless I'm doing a show, but the show would only be at 2 PM or 7 PM.
Tuesday: Wake up at 9 AM and do school work for 4-5 hours. Free until 7 PM, I have classes from 7-9 PM.
Wednesday: Wake up at 9 AM and do school work for 4-5 hours. Free until 8 PM, I watch American Idol and LOST with a HUGE group of people every Wednesday (I know, I'm weird).
Thursday: Wake up at 9 AM and do school work for 4-5 hours. Free the rest of the day unless of a show, and if I do a show it would be at 2 PM, 5 PM or 7 PM until 4 PM, 7 PM or 9 PM.
Friday: Wake up at 9 AM and do school work for 4-5 hours. Then I'm free until I have rehearsal from 5-9 PM.
Saturday: Wake up at 8 AM and leave for rehearsal, it starts at 9 AM-1 PM. I'm free the rest of the day, I have no school work.

So if anyone could help me out, that would be SO helpful! I tried running for 30 minutes this morning, I thought that I should start running every morning.

Sounds good, you get my respect for wanting to better yourself.

As far as what you need to do you are going to need a pro's opinion. You are 14, 5'4, 95 pounds - Puberty or not thats below average. You have fat at 94 lbs thats even worse. My personal opinion is that your start bulking, and get that fat off later. You are going to have a hard time with the very small amount of muscle you have now getting that fat off.

As far as what you asked for... No one is here to make you a plan from scratch, this is something people here help you make yourself. You can start by posting a detailed description of what you eat now, and we can correct that, get you on the right track, tell you what/where to learn more information, and you can post your diet as many times as you want after that for corrections/questions/etc. The more detailed you make your list, the more help you will recieve.

Read all the stickies on these forums, they are packed full of info.

So what you're saying is gain muscle THEN lose the fat?
It's not that it's very visible that I have fat, unless I take my shirt off and don't flex, but with my shirt on I look like a skinny kid, but not my cheeks, I still have baby fat on my cheeks.

Anyway, firstly, never heard any American say 'gosh' you = legend.

Right, some questions, do you get home-schooling? (Just your timetable)

When to wake up to workout in the morning: You haven't hit puberty yet, so really you need to be getting sleep to grow. I'm about your age, I have around 8 hours sleep.
What to eat for all times of the day: Lean meat, eggs. High protein, fruits for snacks. Get your calories high. What's your current diet like?
What to do to lose my fat and gain muscle: I suggest you start hitting the weights. Maybe do some light cardio. But mainly hitting the weights.
How long to workout: As long as your workout takes.
And how much i need to weigh for my age: I'm around 6ft, maybe 5,11. I weigh around 160 max. But I'm more of an all rounded athlete, not really a power lifter or anything :) I suggest you aim for 120lbs.
