Let me blow your minds. At first you might accept this as false but it is indeed true. Look it up if you want more proof.

Heres a basic reasoning: (Let R represent "repeating)


1/3 = .333333R PLUS
2/3 = .666666R EQUALS
3/3 = .999999R

Therefore

1=.9999999R

Did you know that 1 = +/- 1?
 
You know I was reading online the other day about repeating numbers, and found out they actually have a field called Numerology. That is the study of the relationship between numbers and emotions, people, places, animals, things, etc. You can actually make money doing this.
 
because 1/3 = 0.3333333 (repeating forever) and 3x3333333 (repeating forever) is 0.99999 (repeating forever)
