EAting more frequent meals does not increase your metabolism. That's a dieting myth that's been debunked. It does help with hunger issues however.

Nope. Watch your fat intake and make sure you're getting enough HEALTHY fat and cutting back the unhealthy ones. A good balance it to get about 25% - 30% of your diet from healthy fats.

7) Don’t eat that late night snack - Try not to eat for at least 2 hours before going to bed.
Malarky. Timing is not nearly as important as how much you eat. The whole thing about not eating at night or not eating before bed is about controlling calories and snacking, not about timing.

Big fat lie that leads right into the spam. Leaving the spam out of it, there is still no need to "cleanse" your body. Your body is designed to cleanse itself if you feed it healthy foods. Don't fall into the trap of believing the lies of people who want to sell you something.

Nice try though. Can't expect a spammer to provide real, accurate information.

Inadequate for the very large person. We all know that the amount of water that we drink depends on our current weight. That will suit people up to a certain size.
 
Most quick weight loss pounds are just useless fluids. After your body has flushed water out of your system, the scale will show a quick weight loss of about 5 pounds. The quick weight loss is always short lived. Immediately after you drink any fluids, your body will hold the water and your weight loss will disappear.
1. Start your night with a soup salad. If you fill up on healthy foods first, your body will tend to eat less of the high calorie meals.

2. Immediately ask for doggie bag when you feel full. This will help to sway you from eating anymore and feeling sick.

3. Always ask for a low calorie or fat free salad dressing.

4. At a fast food restaurant, always order the small meals.

5. Always make sure to eat with a good amount of people. This will help you not overeat and feel disgusted.

I like these tips on eating out for weight loss.

One of the tricks I have used for a while has been to always order the smallest serving size of anything on the menu.

This is a great way to keep portion control in check and I find that 90% of the time it's enough to satisfy.

In the event that a small isn't enough by all means and go back for a bit more. satisfaction is very important for weight loss. The key is to discover just how little we really need to reach that satisfaction level

At 1st when I read it, I thought you can eat Spam (the ham in the can) instead of drinking water. lol, won't that make you put on weight instead?

Anyway, I've been shedding the pounds bit by bit, exercise does help and perhaps some other side supplements once a while, junk food once a month if I have to. I've been making my meals and eating salads if we eat out. I'm doing quite well I dare say.
