I'm sure a lot of you are like me and are in an office for the majority of the day.

What is your nutrition schedule like?
What snacks do you have during the workday?
What meals do you have before heading to the gym after leaving work?

I was just wondering how you get everything you need. (Could be for bulking, cutting, etc...)
 
I use outlook reminders to remember to eat every 2.5 hours.
little packets of plain oatmeal, fruit, protein shakes, and cheap Gladware with lean meat, sometimes rice, and veggies that I can nuke quickly and eat at my cubicle.
and I drain the water cooler often.

I never thought about using outlook reminders.. that's a great idea!
 
I kind of have to because I work in a call center. Sometimes my calls last a while and I'll easily miss 4pm. at least with some kind of calendar reminder (outlook/google/etc) I can snooze it until I'm available to mix a shake or nuke some chicken and veggies.
