Weight-Loss 80/20 Lifestyle

How many of you find the 80/20 lifestyle to work. By that I mean eat good and exercise 80% of the time, eat bad 20% of the time. I had a health professor in college talk about this and said if you follow that then you won't have weight issues.

Any thoughts?
 
Sounds about right. Everything should be taken in moderation though, even the good food.
